Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct in home presentations to demonstrate to homeowners the benefits and value of our products.
• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s products.
• Work alongside our entire team to bring quality results and an elevated experience to your customers
• Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for people wanting to update and beautify their homes and save energy.
• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
• Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous customers and job quotes
• Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands
• Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs
• Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
• Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
• Window World – Construction Sales / Carpentry/Glass/Construction Experience a plus.
• Computer skills a must

• Salary: $60,000 – $250,000 per year

Job Description
Our full-time Service Technician will be provided with a company service van and credit card for gas. You will be responsible for providing warranty work on Vinyl Windows and doors. This is a full-time position with hours that will range depending on the appointments for the day but will be within the hours of 8-5 Monday – Friday.
