How do I schedule an estimate for my new windows?
You can schedule a free in-home estimate by filling out a form on our website or calling your local Window World location. After we have received your information, a Window World representative will schedule a time that works best for you to discuss your home improvement needs.

What is a virtual consultation?
A virtual consultation is our way of practicing social distancing and self-isolation while still allowing you to keep your home improvement projects moving.
During your virtual consultation, you will talk one-on-one, via video chat, with a Window World design consultant. He or she will discuss your home project, your goals, and help you determine which Window World products and styles will help you meet those goals.

What does the installation process entail?
Each member of our installation team is factory-trained and adheres to the strictest standards in the industry. Before your windows are replaced, your installer will confirm with you that all windows are correctly sized. Once the size is confirmed, the old windows will be replaced with your new Window World windows. Once all of your windows are replaced, our team will clean up our space, leaving your home exactly how we found it.
Remember, before installation, it’s important to make sure your home is properly prepped. It’s important to remove curtains, blinds, and/or window treatments. Also, please provide the installer with a clear path to the window by moving any personal items or furniture that is in front of the windows. Learn More
Do you repair window screens or broken windows?
No. Window World does not provide repair or replacement services for window screens or broken window glass. (If you are a Window World customer, please contact us to discuss your product warranty.)
Can I purchase windows from Window World and install them myself?

Contact Window World immediately for any issues regarding your replacement windows. All of our Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty.
