Window World is proud to partner with Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) to present the Old Glory Relay. Starting on September 11, 2021, thousands will join together to bring the American flag in a procession from New York to Georgia. The Old Glory Relay is an act of support carried out to honor US veterans and ultimately help them find fulfillment and create lasting bonds with fellow veterans and civilian supporters.
Team RWB shows support for veterans through this annual event, which was put on from 2014 to 2018 and starts anew this year after a two-year hiatus to mark the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Starting in New York City, the flag will ultimately travel down to Atlanta, Georgia on November 11, 2021, Veterans Day.
On its 62-day journey to Atlanta, the Old Glory Relay will go through nine different states and Washington D.C., including New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. Veterans and supporters can join in to run along with the flag for portions of the relay as the event moves through their area, or register as virtual participants.
